Can i return my Order ?

Can i return my order? we do offer returns in exchange for the desired product within 14 days of the purchase. Please note terms and conditions apply to resolve the matter Akosluxe aim to achieve customer satisfaction.

Please note we reserve the right to decline your request if the following terms and conditions have not been met within the 14 day period. In the event of receiving an incorrect order it must be returned in its original packaging and not opened used cut or altered in any way, perfumes and products must not be applied to the extensions or we reserve the right to decline your request. Returns exchanges or refunds will not be honoured in the view that a customer has changed their mind or wishes to purchase an alternative item. Please kindly be sure of your item when completing your purchase.

In the event where an item received is incorrect as per description when purchased such as incorrect length or colour we will accept returns in exchange for the correct length or colour as displayed at the time of purchase. Due to demand if we are unable to fulfil your order due to non availability in stock we will then at discretion offer a refund of the item which will take 5 - 10 working days to be received.

Please note that exchanges and refunds exclude the following :

• Customised items such as bespoke wigs lace frontal/closure wigs

• Wigs or hair extensions that have been coloured

• Wigs or hair extensions that have been cut

• Frontals or closures that have been installed
